I see this bug for more than a year for now and it can get annoying sometimes, but mostly it's not. The Curator NPC (which is the only way to switch Character) is invisible and unclickable every time you wanna use it. The fix for me is simple: reconnect to server and it appears again.
Never was a bug properly talking about it again, it's just the server sadly by using mod & plugin that break everything. No way to work it around saldy.
