Me and a friend were testing around with something and found /norp has a very long cooldown. the thing about it is using it twice unties you if you really want out of an uncomfortable situation so i think it would be a good idea to lower the cooldown to maybe 30 seconds or something around that in the gamerule.

The /NoRp command cooldownd has been reduced.

Going for :
NoRpResetTimeSeconds to 60
NoRpThinkingTimeSeconds to 25
NoRpImmunityTimeSeconds to 250

Global NoRp is of 1Minutes. The time between the first norp, and the second that will untie you aka ThinkingTime is set to 25Seconds.
